The client’s aims and goals are our main focus during the first phase of analysis. After defining the targeted/actual target situation and learning about company resources (human resources, financial, temporary etc.), a plan of action with milestones is created. This plan of action serves as the basis for coordinating activities with an internal team, existing agencies and new partners, if necessary.
rss marketing & sales is not a “classic advertising agency.” We provide advice, guidance, planning and coordination for different projects. Specific project jobs, such as website design or ad creation, are entrusted to experts at partner networks. In short, for every project job, the best team with the best knowledge to reach defined goals will be chosen and placed together.
